The quality management system, already improved in years in SIVA, has been updated according to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard and confirmed by the recertification audit. In particular, with this update we had the chance to give emphasis to the analysis of the internal and external context with reference to the respective stakeholders, to the proactive identification of the risks in order to understand how to manage them at best with the objective of anticipating possible critical issues and turn them into opportunities, and to the awareness of resources, that is to be aware of things and of our own contribution to the effectiveness of the management system.
